IF YOU DO NOT ADD THIS COVERAGE TO YOUR POLICY THE INSURANCE COMPANY ONLY HAS TO PAY THE AMOUNT ON HOW IT WAS BUILT. THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS TO PAY THE COST OF NEW CODE REPAIRS OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET.
